护理操作小组在护理操作技能培训与考核中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the application of nursing procedure group in nursing skills training and evaluation. Methods 〓To set up the nursing procedure group since July, 2014. The standardized nursing training and assessment were carried out based on the scientific training plan. Results 〓The qualified rate of nursing assessment increased from 97.07% between July 2014 and December 2014 to 99.87% between January 2017 and October 2017. Conclusion 〓Nursing training and evaluation based on nursing procedure group can improve the overall nursing quality in the hospital. It can also standardized the nursing skills and improve the comprehensive quality of nurse.
