心理干预对妊娠期护士焦虑情绪的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the influence of psychological intervention on anxiety status of pregnant nurses. Methods  Totally 100 pregnant nurses were included in this study and received psychological intervention, expert guidance, biofeedback therapy and musicotherapy. Self rating anxiety scale(SAS)was used to evaluate the anxiety status of pregnant nurses before and after the intervention. Results  In 100 pregnant nurses, 98 cases received all intervention treatment and their anxiety status were relieved to a lower level after intervention(P<0.01). Conclusion  It is helpful to improve their physical and psychological adaptability of nurses through the planned psychological intervention.
