前馈控制在新生儿医院感染管理中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the feedforward control in nosocomial infection control in newborns. Methods  To retrospectively collect the clinical data of 2036 newborns between January, 2015 and May, 2016. The potential reasons of nosocomial infection were analyzed and the feedforward control was set up since June, 2016. The incidence of nosocomial infection control in 572 newborns between June, 2016 and September, 2016 was analyzed and compared with that before implementation of feedforward control. Results  The incidence of nosocomial infection dropped from 30.94% before implementation of feedforward control to 15.56% after implementation(P<0.01). Conclusion   Feedforward control based on analysis of causes is effective to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection in newborns.
