未湿化氧气经鼻吸入在院前急救工作中的应用体会
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To evaluate the feasibility of non-humidified nasal cannula oxygen in pre-hospital emergency care. Methods Totally 400 patients with nasal cannula oxygen during pre-hospital emergency care were assigned into the observation group(n=200, with non-humidified oxygenand the control group(n=200, humidified oxygen). The nasopharynx discomfort, peculiar smell and other discomfort were observed. The changes in saturation of blood oxygen(SpO2)before and after nasal cannula oxygen therapy, as well as its operation time, were recorded and compared between two groups. Results There was no significant difference in occurrence rate of discomfort reaction between two groups(P>0.05). The operation time of nasal cannula oxygen was shorter in the observation group than that of controls(P<0.05). Conclusion Non-humidified nasal cannula oxygen is an feasible way of emergency treatment, with same comfort as the humidified nasal cannula oxygen and could reducing operation time.
