临床护理路径在输尿管软镜治疗肾结石中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing path in flexible ureteroscopy for kidney stones.Methods A total of 80 patients with kidney stones were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routing nursing care during flexible ureteroscopy while the clinical nursing path was applied in the observation group. The health education knowledge level and satisfaction degree of patient were compared between two groups.Results Patients in the treatment group had higher knowledge level of health education compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction degree was 90.0%(36/40)in the treatment group and was 72.5%(29/40)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing path is an effective way of improving health knowledge level and nursing satisfaction in patients undergoing flexible ureteroscopy for kidney stones.
