马斯洛需要层次理论在门急诊输液护理中应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the application of Maslow's hierarchy of needs in nursing care of outpatient receiving infusion treatment in emergency clinic. Methods  A total of 114 cases of outpatients receiving infusion treatment in emergency clinic were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 57 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, and the observation group was given interventions based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. The satisfaction of patients to nursing service and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)were evaluated and compared between two groups. Results  Patients in the observation group had higher score of nursing satisfaction assessment and lower SAS after intervention compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion   Nursing intervention based on Maslow needs hierarchy theory nursing meets the psychological and physiological needs of patients, therefore improving the level of nursing quality and satisfaction in emergency clinic.
