品管圈活动提高老年患者服药正确率的效果分析

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the effects of quality control circle(QCC)activities on improving the accuracy rate of medication in elderly patients. Methods   To set up the QCC group and to manage the medication condition in elderly patients by using QCC tools. The medication time and missed dose were two main issues to be improved. The tangible and intangible achievements of QCC activities were evaluated. Results   The medication accuracy rate increased from 60.52% before implementation of QCC activities to 89.66% after the implementation of QCC(P<0.01). After QCC activities, the ability of QCC members were improved in areas of problem solving, responsibility, communication, self-confidence, team cohesion, working enthusiasm, quality management and harmonious degree(P<0.01). Conclusion   Application of QCC activities can effectively improve the medication accuracy rate in elderly patients and reduce the risk of medication errors, thus improving the quality and safety of medical care.
