同质化管理在康复科休养员组长健康教育中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the application effect homogeneous quality management in health education for the team leader of patients from rehabilitation department. Methods 〓Totally 44 group leaders of patients from 4 clinical ward of psychiatric rehabilitation were included from October 1, 2016 to July 10, 2017. The homogeneous quality management program with three-stage health education was carried out. A questionnaire survey was conducted to 20 team leaders, and their health education related knowledge was assessed before and after health education. Results 〓After intervention, the scores of health education related knowledge of the team leader were higher than that of team leaders before intervention(P<0.01). Conclusion 〓Homogeneous quality management is potentially effective to improve the knowledge level of those team leaders of patients, and to lay a good foundation for health education in rehabilitation clinical ward,.
