中西医结合护理在提升老年脑梗死患者生活质量中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of nursing care based on integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on quality of life in aged patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Totally 90 aged patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 45 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine nursing care during treatment, and the nursing intervention based on integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine was carried out in the treatment. The quality of life and satisfaction degree to nursing service were evaluated and compared between two groups.Results The score of quality of life index(QLI)was increased in both two groups after intervention, and was higher in the observation group than that of controls, with a significant difference(P<0.05 or P<0.01). the nursing satisfaction rate was 95.6%(43/45)in the observation group, which was higher than 82.2%(37/45)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion nursing care based on integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is helpful to improve the quality of life in aged patients with cerebral infarction.
