配偶等待产妇自然分娩期间心理感受的质性研究

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To understand the psychological experience and needs of spouses during the prenatal period of their wives’ spontaneous labor. Methods 〓A qualitative study was conducted to collect the data of spouses of 8 women with spontaneous labor by face to face interview and semi-structured interview. Results 〓Through collecting and analyzing and refining, 5 themes were summarized, including the need to understand the maternal and fetal condition, medication during childbirth, spouses’ companion during stages of labor, pregnant women after natural childbirth parturient spouse to rehabilitation and nursing knowledge; spouses’ needs of knowledge on postpartum recovery and feeding, spouses’ request to accessing effective information during the prenatal period. Conclusion 〓Doctors and nurses should pay attention to the psychological feelings of spouses during the prenatal period, provide professional knowledge guidance, and help them to strengthen their confidence in natural childbirth.
