认知行为干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者治疗依从性和生活质量的影响
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of cognitive-behavioral intervention on treatment compliance and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 86 COPD patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 43 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine nursing care during treatment, and the cognitive-behavioral intervention was carried out in the study group. The treatment compliance, improvement in pulmonary function and quality of life were evaluated and compared between two groups. Results Patients in the study group achieved higher treatment compliance compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). The forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1), FEV1% predicted and the ratio of FEV1 to forced vital capacity(FVC)% were increased in both two groups after treatment, and were higher in the study group than those in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The score symptoms, activity and impacts in St Georges respiratory questionnaire(SGRQ)were decreased in both two groups after intervention, and were lower in the study group than those in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Cognitive-behavioral intervention is potentially effective to improve the treatment compliance and quality of life in COPD patients.
