中医护理干预在产后尿潴留患者中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medical(TCM)nursing for postpartum urinary retention in puerperal women. Methods 〓A total of 66 puerperal women with postpartum urinary retention were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 33 cases in each group. Both two groups received induce urination and routine care, and the TCM nursing intervention was applied in the observation group additionally. Results 〓The effective rate of relieving urinary retention in the observation group was higher than that of controls(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Application of TCM nursing can effectively relieve the postpartum urinary retention in puerperal women.
