品管圈护理降低ICU非计划性拔管率的实践探讨

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the application value of nursing management based on quality control cycle in reducing the unplanned extubation rate in ICU.Methods To retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 155 ICU patients between January, 2012 and Jan, 2014. The targeted nursing management based on quality control cycle(QCC)was carried out, and the potential risk factors of unplanned extubation were analyzed. The unplanned extubation rate before implementation of QCC nursing and after implementation(between February, 2014 and January, 2016)was observed, and the ability of QCC members was evaluated.Results The unplanned extubation rate of stomach catheter and overall unplanned extubation was lower after implementation of QCC nursing compared with those before implementation of QCC nursing, with a significant difference(P<0.05). QCC members achieved a higher score in ability assessment after implementation of QCC nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementation of QCC nursing can reduce overall unplanned extubation rate ICU patients.
