中医护理配合中频电疗防治妇科腹腔镜术后腹胀的效果观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing combined with medium frequency electrotherapy in prevention and treatment of abdominal distension after gynecological laparoscopic operation. Methods 〓Totally 90 gynecological patients undergoing laparoscopic operation were assigned to group A, group B and group C, with 30 cases in each group. All patients received routine care after operation. Patients in group B receive extra medium frequency electrotherapy, and those in group C was given medium frequency electrotherapy combined with TCM nursing interventions. The time of bowel sounds recovery and initial anal exsufflation were recorded. The degree of abdominal distension at 2 and 5 days after operation were assessed and compared among three groups. Results 〓Patient in the group C had shorter time of bowel sounds recovery and initial anal exsufflation compared with those of patients in group A and group B(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Patients in group C had less severity of abdominal distension compared with those of patients in group A and group B at 2 and 5 days after operation(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Medium frequency electrotherapy combined TCM nursing can accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after gynecological laparoscopic surgery and had a better effects in prevention and treatment of abdominal distension.
