CICARE沟通模式在结核科病房护患沟通中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of CICARE mode on nurse-patient communication at tuberculosis ward. Methods 〓To set up the CICARE-based communication mode in the tuberculosis ward. A total of 103 patients were included as the control group before implementation of CICARE mode(Between March, 2016 and May, 2016), another 97 patients were selected as the observation group after implementation of CICARE mode(Between October, 2016 and December, 2016). The knowledge of tuberculosis and satisfaction on nursing service were evaluated and compared between two groups. Results 〓The awareness rate of tuberculosis was 95.9%(93/97)in the observation group, which was higher than 81.6%(84/103)of the controls(P<0.05). Patients in the observation group were more satisfied with the nursing service compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓CICARE mode is an effective way of improving communication efficacy between nurse and patient at tuberculosis ward.
