急诊重症监护病房患者ICU综合征的影响因素分析

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the influencing factors of ICU syndrome in emergency intensive care unit. Methods  A total of 214 hospitalized patients in emergency intensive care unit(EICU)were included in this study. The potential risk factors of ICU syndrome were screened and independent risk factors identified by logistic regression analysis. Results  The incidence of ICU syndrome was 26.56% in 192 valid patients. Logistic regression analysis showed that age over 60, higher score of APACHEⅡ, with invasive mechanical ventilation and death of wardmate were independent factors of ICU syndrome. Conclusion  It is required to enhance the communication between patients and nurses, in order to relieve the anxiety and prevent the ICU syndrome.
