骨科术后重症患者应用泡沫敷料预防压疮的效果

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of foam dressing in prevention of pressure sores in critical ill patients after orthopaedic surgery and related nursing management.Methods Totally 100 patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery were assigned to the control group and the observation group, with 50 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine care, and the foam dressing was used in the observation group. The incidence of postoperative pressure sores was compared between two groups.Results the incidence of postoperative pressure sores in the observation group was 20.0%, which was lower than 48.0% of the controls(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of foam dressing and related high-quality nursing intervention is potentially effective to reduce the risk of pressure sores in patients after orthopaedic surgery.
