饮食护理干预对鼻咽癌出院患者营养状况的影响
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of dietary nursing intervention on nutritional status of discharged patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods A total of 80 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients were assigned to the control group(n=40)and the intervention group(n=40). All patients received routine health education and discharge guidance, and routine follow-up was performed after discharge. Patients in the intervention group were given dietary nursing interventions during follow-up additionally. The nutritional status was evaluated and compared between two groups after 3 months of follow-up.Results The body weight of patients was higher in the intervention group than that of controls after 3 months’ follow-up. Patients in the intervention group had higher rate of normal hemoglobin, serum albumin and total protein level compared with those in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Diet nursing intervention can effectively improve nutritional status of discharged patients after treatment for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
