针对性护理干预减轻癌症疼痛的效果

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of targeted nursing intervention in relieving cancer pain.Methods A total of 60 cancer patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 30 cases in each group. Both two group groups received routine nursing care and the targeted nursing intervention on cancer pain was provided in the observation group. The pain degree and sleeping quality were evaluated and compared between two groups.Results The score of visual analog scale(VAS)on pain and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)were lower in the observation group than those in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention is potentially effective to relieve cancer pain and improve the sleeping quality in cancer patients.
