桥式运动结合针灸治疗脑卒中后尿失禁的效果观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of ridge-style movement combined with acupuncture therapy in treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke. Methods 〓A total of 112 patients with urinary incontinence after stroke were divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 56 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine nursing care, while the treatment group received standard bridge-style exercise training and acupuncture therapy on the basis of the control group. The residual urine volume before and after treatment in 2 groups were observed and compared. Results 〓The overall effective rate was 89.2% in the treatment group and was 58.9% in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). The residual urine volume of the treatment group decreased significantly compared with that of controls(P<0.01). Conclusion 〓The combination of bridge-style exercise and acupuncture treatment shows effect on the improvement of urinary incontinence and frequent micturition in patients with cerebral apoplexy.
