授权健康教育对2型糖尿病患者疾病认知的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of empowerment health education on disease-related knowledge of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 〓Totally 86 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into observation group and control group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given traditional health education, the observation group was given the empowerment health education. The disease-related knowledge and the satisfaction degree of the nursing service were compared between 2 groups. Results 〓The assessment score of disease-related knowledge were increased in both 2 groups after health education, and was higher in the observation group than that of the control group(P<0.05).Patients in the observation group were more satisfied with the nursing service than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Empowerment health education can help patients with type 2 diabetes to understand the disease related knowledge, and improve the patient satisfaction with nursing care.
