胃癌根治术后患者的心理干预和饮食指导
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of psychological and dietary intervention for patients undergoing radical resection of gastric cancer.Methods A total of 90 gastric cancer patients with radical surgery were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group, with 45 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine postoperative nursing, and enhanced psychological and dietary interventions were provided to patients in the in intervention group. The anxiety and depression status of patients were evaluated by using self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)respectively. The changes in body weight of patients after operation were recorded.Results The score of SAS and SDS in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05). There was an increase in body weight at 8 weeks after operation in the intervention group, and a decrease in the control group.Conclusion Psychological and dietary intervention is potentially effective to alleviate the negative emotion and ensure the appropriate dietary in patients after radical surgery of gastric cancer.
