三香散热熨神阙穴改善慢性心力衰竭患者腹胀的效果观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of hot compress on Shenque acupoint by Sanxiang powder for the treatment of abdominal distention of chronic heart failure patients. Methods 〓A total of 60 patients with chronic heart failure accompanied with abdominal distention were divided into the study group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the study group received hot compress on Shenque acupoint with Sanxiang powder and patients in the control group received hot compress on Shenque acupoint with stir-fried salt. The clinical symptom score on abdominal distention and defecation frequency were observed. Results 〓The symptom score on abdominal distention was decreased in both two groups after intervention, and was lower in the study group than that of controls(P<0.05). Patients in the study group had shorter defecation interval and higher overall effective rate compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓It is effective to use hot compress on Shenque acupoint by Sanxiang powder in treatment of abdominal distention in chronic heart failure patients.
