关节镜下肩袖损伤修补术后的康复护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation nursing on the recovery of shoulder joint function after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair. Methods   Totally 45 cases of rotator cuff injury were treated with internal fixation and external fixation by arthroscopy. The staged and individualized rehabilitation nursing measures were carried out on the basis of routine preoperative and postoperative nursing. The resting and active visual analogue scale(VAS)pain scores and American shoulder and elbow surgeons(ASES)scores were evaluated before and three months after operation. Results   After 3 months follow-up, the resting and active VAS pain scores were decreased compared with those before operation(P<0.05). The ASES score of patients after operation were significantly improved compared with those before operation(P<0.05). Conclusion   The staged and individualized rehabilitation training can not only ensure the surgical effect, but also improve the postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
