标准化护理流程在全髋关节置换术中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the standardized nursing pathway for patients undergoing total hip replacement arthroplasty(THA).Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing elective THA were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routing rehabilitation nursing care, and the study group was applied with nursing interventions based on standardized nursing pathway. The pain degree was assessed by numerical rate scale(NRS)at 24 h and 48 h after operation, and the incidence of complication, length of stay and satisfaction degree of patients to nursing service were compared between two groups.Results The NRS score at 48 h after operation was lower and the length of stay was shorter in the study group than those of controls, with significant differences(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The incidence of postoperative fever was lower in the study group than that of controls(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate was 92.50%(37/40)in the study group and was 62.50%(25/40)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of standardized nursing pathway can reduce the risk of complications and improve the rehabilitation of patients after THA.
