复方白玉散外敷治疗糖尿病足部溃疡的临床疗效

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of compound Baiyu power in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer. Methods 〓A total of 47 patients with diabetic foot ulcer were divided into the treatment group(n=24)and the control group(n=23). Both two groups received conventional treatment, and the treatment group was given external application of compound Baiyu powder. Results 〓The overall clinical efficacy of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the wound healing rate 7 and 27 days after treatment was higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Patients in the treatment group had a shorter healing time compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Compound Baiyu powder external application is effective and safe in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer.
