呼吸内科护士管理中人文关怀的应用实践

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of humanistic care intervention for nurses from respiratory medicine department. Methods 〓To set up humanistic care team and to understand the appeal of 18 nurses from respiratory medicine department. To carry out the humanistic care interventions covering details of nursing works. Results 〓After the implementation of humanistic care intervention, nurses achieved a higher score in assessment of ability to solve the problem, responsibility, communication and coordination ability, self-confidence, team cohesion, enthusiasm, harmonious compared with those before implementation of humanistic care intervention(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion 〓The implementation of humanistic care can meet the psychological needs of nurses and improve their work enthusiasm.
