护士遭受暴力后心理体验的Meta整合

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To systematically review the psychological experience of nurses suffering from workplace violence. Methods  To use computer to search the qualitative study of the psychological experience of the nurses suffered from workplace violence from the CBM, CNKI, WanFangData and PubMed databases from beginning to the November 2016, assess the authenticity based on the evaluation project of the Evidence-Based Medicine Center at Oxford University and then use the Meta integration method to understand, summarize and explain the research results. Results  A total of 7 articles were included. After the quality evaluation, 32 clear results were extracted and six similar categories were synthesized to three results, including nurse’s general psychological experience after violence in the workplace, the psychological experience during career after violence, the demand and support after violence. Conclusion  Meta integration can be used to describe the experience and psychological feelings of nursing staff in a deeper and more substantive way than the single qualitative research and traditional literature review. Qualitative researchers should pay more attention to avoid bias caused by the researchers, clear data collection site, strengthen the introduction of saturation information and propose new issues.
