医护合作模式在前庭功能障碍患者康复护理中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the efficacy of doctor-nurse cooperation model in rehabilitation nursing for patients with vestibular dysfunction. Methods 〓Totally 90 cases of patients with vestibular dysfunction were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received traditional nursing mode of rehabilitation, and those in the intervention group were given comprehensive nursing guidance based on doctor-nurse cooperation model. The rehabilitation outcome of patients was assessed by Dizziness Handicap Inventory(DHI )and UCLA Dizziness Questionnaires(UCLA-DQ)at 2 and weeks after intervention. Results 〓The DHI score of two groups were decreased at 2 and weeks after intervention, and was lower in the intervention group than that of controls(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The UCLA-DQ score of two groups were decreased at 2 and weeks after intervention, and was lower in the intervention group than that of controls(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion 〓The comprehensive nursing guidance by doctor-nurse cooperation model can improve the rehabilitating and quality of life in patients with vestibular dysfunction.
