单孔腹腔镜胆总管囊肿切除术患儿围手术期临床观察要点及健康宣教

[摘要] Abstract：It is safe and effective to apply single-port laparoscopic choledochal cyst excision in children with choledochocyst. It shows advantages of less trauma, better cosmetic effect and recovery as the development of laparoscopic techniques. In this paper, the main points of observation on the physical sign of children undergoing single-port laparoscopic choledochal cyst excision were summarized. The key points of nursing care and health education for parents were summarized. Preoperative psychological nursing and health education on surgical-related knowledge, postoperative interventions on body position management, electrocardiogram monitoring, venous access establishment, wound dressing, drainage tube and urethral catheter, as well as rehabilitation guidance and education, were important approaches to guarantee for surgical effect.
