壮药穴位贴敷辅助治疗脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛及护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of acupoint sticking therapy with Zhuang medicine in treatment of spleen-stomach Qi-deficiency type gastralgia. Methods 〓Totally 60 patients with spleen-stomach Qi-deficiency type gastralgia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 30 patients in each group. Both two groups were given acid-inhibitory drug and routine nursing care, and the acupoint sticking therapy with Zhuang medicine was applied in the observation group. The clinical efficacy and satisfaction degree to nursing service were evaluated and compared between two groups. Results 〓The overall effective rate was 93.3%(28/30)in the observation group and was 73.3%(22/30)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05).Patients in the observation were more satisfied with nursing service compared with those in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion 〓Application of acupoint sticking therapy with Zhuang medicine can effectively relieve symptom of spleen-stomach Qi-deficiency type gastralgia. It is also required to carry out cooperative nursing measures to improve the satisfaction of patients.
