开天门配合射频电疗在内伤头痛患者中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To observe the application value of massage on Tianmen point combined with the radiofrequency electrotherapy in patients with endogenous headache. Methods 〓Totally 60 patients with endogenous headache were assigned to the control group and the observation group, with 30 cases in each group. Both two groups received conventional treatment and nursing care, and the massage on Tianmen point combined with the radiofrequency electrotherapy was carried out in the observation group. The clinical efficacy of intervention and negative emotion of patients were assessed. Results 〓Patients in the observation group had a lower NRS score of headache and lower hospital anxiety and depression Scale(HADS)compared with those in the control group after intervention(P<0.01). The overall effective rate of intervention was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Application of massage on Tianmen point combined with the radiofrequency electrotherapy may effectively release the symptom and negative emotions of patients with endogenous headache.
