1例肺癌致股骨病理性骨折行3D打印半髋置换手术患者的围术期护理

[摘要] Abstract：To summarize the perioperative nursing experience of 1 patient with pathological fracture of femur due to lung cancer undergoing hemiarthroplasty by using three-dimensional(3D)printing technology. The main points of nursing included paying attention to psychological nursing, breathing function training, observing the patient's condition closely, actively preventing and controlling shock, pain control, preventing the deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs, and carrying out individualized functional exercises.
