临床护理路径在先天性肌性斜颈患儿中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathway(CNP)for pediatric congenital myogenic torticollis at perioperative period. Methods 〓This study included 45 pediatric patients with congenital myogenic torticollis. All patients received nursing management according to the clinical nursing pathway, including diet intervention, health education, disease condition monitoring, pain control, complication prevention, and so on. Results 〓All pediatric patients received surgical treatment of sternocleidomastoid muscle release successfully and wore neck brace after surgery. There was no severe complication observed in this study. Conclusion 〓Application of clinical nursing pathway can regulate the nursing management and highlight the key points in nursing management of pediatric congenital myogenic torticollis.
