血液病患者PICC置管的精细化护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of fine nursing management for hematopathy patients with peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC).Methods A total of 80 hematopathy patients with PICC were assigned to the study group and the control group according to the admission sequence, with 40 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine nursing care and the fine nursing intervention was carried out in the study group. The catheter-related infection were observed and compared between two groups.Results The overall catheter-related infection rate was 5.0%(2/40)in the study group and was 25.0%(10/40)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Fine nursing management is an potentially effective way of reducing risk of catheter-related infection in hematopathy patients with PICC.
