延续性护理在输尿管结石术后留置双J管患者中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of continuous nursing intervention for patients with double J ureteral catheter after surgery treatment for ureteral calculi.Methods A total of 100 patients with double J ureteral catheter after surgery treatment for ureteral calculi were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group, with 50 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine nursing care and health education before discharge. Patients in the intervention group were given continuous nursing interventions additionally. The postoperative complication was observed and compared between two groups at one month after intervention.Results The incidence of gross hematuria, irritative bladder symptoms, backache, urinary tract infection was lower in the intervention group than that of controls, with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of continuous nursing intervention is potentially effective to reduce the risk of complication in patients with double J ureteral catheter after surgery treatment for ureteral calculi.
