康惠尔透明贴对静脉补钾致痛的干预效果

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of Comfeel transparent dressing in alleviating pain induced by intravenous supplement of potassium.Methods A total of 90 patients with intravenous supplement of potassium were randomly divided into three groups. In group A, thirty patients were given Comfeel transparent dressing at venipuncture sites. In group B, thirty patients were given 3M transparent dressing and gauze saturated 50% MgSO4 solution. In group C, thirty patients were given 3M transparent dressing and gauze saturated normal saline. The pain degree at venipuncture sites was evaluated and compared between groups.Results Patients in the group A had a lower pain degree compared with those in the group B and group C, with a significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of Comfeel transparent dressing is effective to alleviate pain induced by intravenous supplement of potassium.
