经皮椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的围手术期护理体会

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing measures for elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Methods To retrospective collected the clinical data and operation results of 76 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures, and to summarize the nursing measures during percutaneous vertebroplasty.Results The visual analogue scale(VAS)on pain were decreased after operation compared with that before operation(P<0.01). All patients received an improved anterior vertebral height after operation(P<0.01).Conclusion The percutaneous vertebroplasty is an effective way in treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. It is required to enhance the perioperative nursing work, in order to reduce the risk of complications and improve the rehabilitation.
