穴位贴敷联合盐酸格拉司琼对预防肺癌化疗所致恶心呕吐的作用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of acupoint application combined with granisetron hydrochloride in prevention of nausea and vomiting induced by chemotherapy(CINV)for lung cancer. Methods 〓A total of 90 lung cancer patients undergoing cisplatin-based chemotherapy were randomly divided into group A,B and C, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in group A received acupoint application combined with granisetron hydrochloride intravenous infusion, and those in the group B and C received granisetron hydrochloride intravenous infusion and acupoint application respectively. The condition of CINV and quality of life after chemotherapy were observed and compared between three groups. Results 〓Patients in the group A had less severity of CINV compared with those in the group B and group C. The remission rate of CINV was higher in the group A than that in group B and group C(P<0.05). Patients in the group A achieved a higher score in Functional Living Index-Emesis(FLIE)compared with those in the group B and group C(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Acupoint application combined with granisetron hydrochloride is potentially effective to prevent CINV in cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.
