21例下颌骨造釉细胞瘤切除并腓骨肌皮瓣游离移植下颌骨重建术的护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To summarize the nursing experience of 21 cases of patients with mandibular ameloblastoma resection and reconstruction of mandibular reconstruction with fibular osteocutaneous free flap. Methods 〓To retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 21 patients with mandibular ameloblastoma. The psychological counseling as the principal intervention was carried out before the surgery. The postoperative nursing measures mainly focused on the wound condition, muscle flap viability and oral care. The temperature, color, texture and capillary filling of muscle flap were observed. Results 〓All the patients were discharged without any severer complications after surgery. Conclusion 〓The holistic care management and individual nursing plan should be combined together to ensure the treatment efficacy and safety in patients with mandibular ameloblastoma.
