足月新生儿足跟采血时母乳吸吮的应用实践
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To evaluate the application v of breastfeeding-sucking in full-term neonatal heel prick. Methods Totally 60 full-term neonates with heel prick were randomly divided into breastfeeding-sucking group(n=30)and control group(n=30). The changes of heart rate and arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2)were observed between two groups before, during and 6 min after heel blood sampling, and the duration and incidence of crying were also recorded. Results In terms of the heart rate before, during and 6 min after blood sampling, no significant difference was shown between two groups(P>0.05). The SaO2 during blood sampling decreased dramatically in two groups when compared to that before blood sampling(P<0.05 or P<0.01), and with a more significant drop in control group(P<0.01). At 6 min after heel prick, there was no statistical significance in the SaO2 between two groups(P>0.05). Both the crying incidence and duration in breast-sucking group were markedly lower than those in control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion As a better intervention method, breastfeeding sucking can effectively relieve the pain of neonates when receiving heel prick test.
