社区护士科研能力的调查分析

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the research competence of nurses form community-based medical institution and to analyze potential influential factors. Methods Totally 346 nurses form community-based medical institutions were surveyed across the Shanghai Qingpu District(ten community health service centers in total, 93.51% of the total number of community nurses). Results  The overall score and each dimension of research competence assessment were at a lower level in nurses form community-based medical institution. There was a significant difference in assessment results between nurses with different age, education level and work experience, respectively(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in assessment score between nurses with different professional titles(P>0.05). Nurses with experience of thesis writing and research training achieved higher score in overall score, writing and research knowledge assessment(P<0.05), and those with habit of reading academic journal and attendance of academic conference achieved higher overall score of assessment(P<0.05). Conclusion Given the relatively lower research competence of nurses form community-based medical institution, hospital administrators and the higher authorities should put more efforts to enhance the train and to promote the development of community-based care.
