脾肾两虚型糖尿病肾病的中医护理效果评价

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of nursing of tradition Chinese medicine( TCM)for patients with spleen and kidney deficiency type diabetic nephropathy. Methods   Totally 60 patients with spleen and kidney deficiency type diabetic nephropathy were assigned to the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine care during treatment, and the nursing intervention based on TCM was carried out in the observation group. The improvement of clinical symptom was evaluated by using symptomatic integrals of TCM at 4 weeks after intervention. Results   The overall symptomatic integrals was decreased in both two groups after intervention(P<0.01), and was lower in the observation group than that of controls(P<0.01). Conclusion   Nursing intervention based on TCM is potentially effective to relieve the clinical symptom of patients with spleen and kidney deficiency type diabetic nephropathy.
