肿瘤化疗患者PICC置管期间的综合护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of Comprehensive nursing intervention for cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy via peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC). Methods  A total of 64 cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy were assigned to the observation group and the control group, with 32 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine care during chemotherapy via PICC, and those in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing measures. The indwelling catheter condition and satisfaction degree to nursing service were observed and compared between two groups. Results  There was no significant difference in one-time success rate of puncture between two groups(P>0.05). The occurrence rate of unplanned removal of PICC, thrombosis, mechanical phlebitis and puncture site bleeding was lower in the observation group than that of controls(P<0.05). Patients in the observation group were more satisfied with nursing service compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion  Comprehensive nursing measures can reduce the risk of PICC-related complications in patients undergoing chemotherapy via PICC.
