护理干预促进剖宫产产妇胃肠功能恢复和泌乳的效果观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on maternal gastrointestinal function and lactation after caesarean section.Methods A total of 180 puerperae undergoing caesarean section were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, with 90 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine postpartum care. Patients in the observation group were given oral movements exercise and Chinese herbal soup additionally. The maternal gastrointestinal function and lactation after caesarean section were observed and compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in amount of vaginal bleeding and involution of uterus between two groups(P>0.05). Puerperae in the observation group had earlier time to anal exhaust, earlier defecation time and earlier time to abundant milk secretion than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention at early stage has positive effect on maternal gastrointestinal function and lactation after caesarean section.
