品管圈在提高RICU重症护理记录质量中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the quality control cycle(QCC)activity in improving the quality of RICU medical records. Methods  To set up the QCC group and to determine the reducing the writing defect in RICU medical records as the activity theme. The QCC activities were carried out as according to the plan. The quality of 89 RICU nursing records before implementation of QCC activities(first season of 2015)was compared with those of 89 RICU nursing records after implementation of QCC activities(third season of 2015). Results  The case-time of writing defect in nursing records was lower after implementation of QCC activities compared with that before implementation of QCC activities(45/89 vs.118/89, P<0.05), with goal achievement rate of 92.41% and progress rate of 61.86%. Conclusion   Application of QCC activity can effective reduce the writing defect rate in nursing record and improve the quality of RICU nursing.
