食管癌术后胃管非计划性拔除原因及预防

[摘要] Abstract：To retrospective analyze the clinical data of 1 case of unplanned removing of stomach tube after radical surgery for esophageal carcinoma, and to summarize the potential reasons and preventive measures. The unplanned removing of stomach tube was associated with inappropriate gastric tube fixation, excessive weight of vacuum drainager, emotional stress of patients and inadequate of preoperative health education. It is required to carry out psychological intervention and enhanced nursing intervention on stomach tube, in order to reduce the risk of unplanned removing of stomach tube.
