Relying on Information Education to Promote Post-Specific Training in Central Sterile Supply Department

[摘要] Abstract：To explore the effect of information education in enhancing the post-specific training contents and pathways for staff in Central Sterile Supply Department(CSSD)in a predicament, so as to develop employees’ potential capacity and promote the consolidation and development of their professional knowledge and competence.Methods A study platform providing knowledge and techniques through informatization was established to break through the bottleneck of post-specific training and propose the organization methods for the teaching activity of duty actuation and progression management, so as to establish a post-specific training system.Results The application of information education platform could improve knowledge structure, update and supplement knowledge, and expand the promotion of insights, service level and quality of work as well as innovative capacity of the staff, thus further enhancing the comprehensive strength of CSSD.Conclusion On the basis of information education, the dominant role of study has been highlighted, which makes post-specific training more convenient, fast and effective. New study models, like individual study and self-directed study, have promoted the concept innovation, management innovation and quality promotion of education.
