智能体温单临床应用效果评价

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the quality problems of intelligent temperature sheet and to evaluate its application effect.Methods To collect the problems in nursing quality inspection on intelligent temperature sheets and to summarize the changes in clinical data of patients at 72 hours after discharge. The satisfaction degree of nurse to intelligent temperature sheets was investigated by self-made questionnaires.Results The primary problem in intelligent temperature sheets was items omissions. In terms of satisfaction assessment, the item intelligent temperature sheets can reduce painting time and improve the work efficiency was ranked with highest score(4.48±0.73)and the item vital signs recording by PDA can reduce the error handwriting was ranked whit lowest score(3.55±1.09).Conclusion The application of intelligent temperature sheets can improving problems comparing with hand-made temperature sheets. It is required to avoid missing items in intelligent temperature sheets.
