集束化护理预防静脉穿刺后皮下淤血或血肿的效果观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of bundled care in prevention of subcutaneous congestion and hematoma after venous puncture in patients undergoing preventive anticoagulation. Methods   Totally 50 patients in ICU between September, 2015 and February, 2016 were recruited as the control group, with routine care during treatment of low-molecular-weight heparin anticoagulation. Another 50 patients in the ICU between March, 2016 and August, 2016 were included as the observation, with bundled care during treatment. Results   The incidence of subcutaneous congestion and hematoma was 4.0%(2/50)in the observation group and was 18.0%(9/50)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion   Application of bundled care is potentially effective to reduce the risk of subcutaneous congestion and hematoma at puncture site in patients undergoing preventive anticoagulation.
